– Describe, evaluate, diagnose, explain and interpret the main phenomena and psychosocial processes in the areas of work, organizations and human resources.

– Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate changes and interventions to improve behaviors, situations and psychosocial processes in the areas of work, organizations and human resources.

– Design, basic level, new models, strategies, methods and tools to improve behaviors, situations and psychosocial processes in the areas of work, organizations and human resources.

– Conduct a research project and assist in the development of new methodologies and tools for intervention or adapt existing ones so as to fulfill the requirements and standards of the scientist-practitioner model.
